LTD "HALWELDING" is a metalworking company that manufactures metal parts and structures according to the client's sketch, drawing or idea. If you don't have a ready-made technical drawing, send us a sketch or description - we will help you understand how best to manufacture the product and what the costs will be. All work is carried out in our workshop in Jelgava, Gala Street 4, ensuring a full execution cycle: metal cutting, welding, as well as galvanizing and painting, so that the product is ready for installation immediately after delivery.

• We manufacture metal parts and structures according to sketches or drawings: gates and fence sections, stair railings, awnings, gazebos and barn frames, garden furniture frames, workshop tables and shelves, batches of identical parts.
• We often use CNC plasma cutting to make house numbers and name plates, garden decorations and figures, brackets and fasteners, spare parts based on old models, as well as decorative panels for fences and gates.
• We galvanize and powder coat the products as needed to make them ready for assembly.
• We use robotic welding for uniform, durable seams; We offer hot-dip galvanizing for steel structures.

We base the quality of our work on requirements that comply with the EN 1090 EXC2 standard, and we have certificates for automated welding and production process control. If we see that another approach is more suitable for your project, we provide honest advice and recommendations.
