Association "Latvijas Poligrāfijas uzņēmumu asociācija" ( LPUA) established in 1997. 18 of the year. april, registered in the register of public organizations in 1997. 27 of the year. in May, but in the register of associations and foundations - in 2004. 13 of the year. 1824.

Currently, 28 legal entities, whose activities are related to the printing industry, have joined the association: production of printed products, sale of printing equipment and materials, professional and further education of the industry.

Since 1998. lPUA is an honorary member of the Latvian Packaging Association. From 2006. association is the Confederation of Latvian Employers and from 2008. - member of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Since 2012. lPUA is a member of Intergraf, the European Print and Media Federation.
