Architect office OPENSPACE ARCHITECTS offers multi-apartment residential buildings, public and office buildings, industrial and warehouse buildings, as well as other types of projects - new construction, reconstruction and renovation projects, legalization projects of existing buildings, coordination with building authorities, author supervision during construction works, etc. Project development always takes place in close cooperation with the customer( respecting his wishes and needs), both with highly qualified engineers, constructors and landscape architects, while at the same time ensuring fast deadlines and acceptable costs.

KASPARS BRAMANIS, the founder of OPENSPACE ARCHITECTS, has been working as an architect for more than 15 years. Already during his studies, he received the prestigious Boles scholarship and added to his experience in Spain, at the Polytechnic University of Valencia, Faculty of Architecture. In the course of its operation, it has won several competitions and received certificates of appreciation from architectural authorities in Latvia.
