In order to realize the idea of modern and high-quality shoe production, the best shoemakers of Riga were gathered - shoemakers, upper stitchers, cutters, modelers. The company was founded in 1968. in the month of March on the association "Rīgas apavi" foundation. That's how it started "ELEGANTA" an era that continues today.
