"Ozolu bites" is a family business whose story and operations take place in ZS "Ozolsalas" in the picturesque Vidzeme countryside. Here we take care of the beehive with great care and love and create natural, healthy treats. Our story began as a hobby, which gradually grew into a passion - a family honey and freeze-dried products workshop.

Honey – our gold

Honey is not just a sweet treat for us - it is a power from nature that we share. Farm "Ozolsalas" the honey collected is pure and of high quality. With the brand "Ozolu bites" we offer not only traditional honey, but also innovative honey blends that combine natural sweetness with freeze-dried( lyophilized) the benefits of berries and fruits. They are healthy, rich in vitamins and especially popular with both children and adults - even those who do not consume honey on a daily basis.

Freeze-dried treats – nature, which retains its essence

Our farm is constantly developing, so in 2023. in 2018, we purchased a freeze-drying machine to create high-quality products - from honey blends to berries, fruits, vegetables, even flowers and honey cake! Lyophilization is a special type of drying where products are frozen and then the moisture is extracted from them, preserving all the valuable substances, natural flavor, color and shape - without added sugar or preservatives.
