Metal laser cutting. At the core of the production is a modern fiber laser cutting machine used for precise sheet metal cutting. Fiber laser technology is an energy-efficient and environmentally friendly choice, supporting SKV Group's modernized, resource-conscious production.
Metal bending. Sheet metal parts are formed on a sheet metal bending press (125 t). CNC-controlled bending gives repeatable angles and dimensions, which is essential for housings, brackets, panels and frames.
Welding and assembly. The team welds with MIG, MAG and TIG equipment and assembles complete metal structures. TIG welding is typically used for stainless steel and aluminium, where a clean, strong seam is required. MIG and MAG welding suit structural steel work and larger assemblies.
The workshop also has a CNC grinding machine, deburring machine and a press break for additional processing. SKV Group works with stainless steel, mild steel and aluminium.
