FCMC has registered an alternative investment fund manager "2B Capital AIFP"
The Financial and Capital Market Commission (FCMC) board has registered a new alternative investment fund manager "2B Capital AIFP" Ltd., Senior Public Relations Officer of commission Dace Jansone has informed LETA. She pointed out that FCMC commission also registered one closed alternative investment fund "Equilibrium Fund" with subfunds "2B 1 Subfund", "2B 2 Subfund", "2B 3 Subfund", "2B 4 Subfund" and "2B 5 Subfund". "2B Capital AIFP" is authorized to provide fund investment management and risk management services, as well as ancillary services for the management of funds stated in the law of managers of alternative investment fund. Likewise, "2B Capital AIFP" is authorized to manage alternative investment funds for real estate investment strategies. FCMC board adopted the decision to register alternative investment fund managers "2B Capital AIFP" on Wednesday, October 10. The "2B Capital AIFP" was registered in December 2017 and its share capital is 15,000 euros. The sole owner of the company is ir Mihails Bickovskis, according to Firmas.lv data.
